After working with a (different, do not have complimentary things to say) real estate agent, Candice was a pleasure to work with. She understands the market, sellers wants and needs (need to do this if you are representing a buyer!!!), what I was looking for, and how to structure an offer that works. Candice answers the phone, text and doesn't make up answers - she will go find out what she needs to before providing a response. She answered questions from all members of my family who asked, and treated each of them with respect. I would definitely work with Candice again!
